Hanna runs several courses, and she’s in a very specific niche, soapmaking. It was very important to Hanna that she attracted the right kind of people who aligned with her own beliefs and values.

The mission was to dig deep and figure out how she was helping people and why. We uncovered the problems her audience was experiencing as they were trying to create their own soap bars and some of the universal challenges they had.

By the end of our time together, Hanna had her own Messaging Playbook that she can continuously refer back to and update as her messaging changes and evolves.


